Co-Founder | Professional Racquet Athlete
Alex is a professional racquet athlete and co-founder of two US court construction businesses. He began his career as a professional pickleball player, reaching a #15 world ranking before turning his focus to building the infrastructure that makes the game possible.
He brings a player-first approach to every project — ensuring courts are designed for how the game is actually played, not just how they look on paper. From surface performance to lighting angles, Alex's on-court experience directly shapes every build.
Enrique Licon
Co-Founder | Padel Development & Construction
Enrique grew up in Mexico, where padel has been a mainstream sport for decades. He was on the ground for some of the earliest padel facility builds in the country and brings direct relationships with international manufacturers and deep familiarity with how the sport is built, operated, and grown.
He oversees logistics, supplier relationships, and project delivery — bringing a global supply network and U.S.-based oversight together into a single point of responsibility for every client.
